6. Payment & Order Policy

• All orders are accepted only against advance payment.
• Payment must be received within the prescribed time after order confirmation.
• If payment is not received on time, Vanora Diamond reserves the right to cancel the order.
• We do not send goods on consignment – all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Shipping and handling charges will apply as per internal policy and may vary from order to order.

7. Pricing

• All prices are fixed and offered on advance payment terms only.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are in USD, unless specified otherwise, and exclude duties, taxes, or bank charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic and international shipping is handled via secure carriers like Brinks, Malca Amit, FedEx, etc.
• Shipments are made only after full payment is received.
• Free shipping for invoices above USD 10,000.
• Handling charges of USD 50 apply for invoices below that value.

9. Shipment Within India

• All domestic shipments are dispatched from our Mumbai or Surat Office.
• Local taxes (GST) are additional, as applicable.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled by the company if advance payment is not received within 48 hours.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

11. Communication & Updates

By ordering with us, you consent to receive communication via email or WhatsApp related to your orders, promotions, and product updates.

12. Limitation of Liability
